Community Wellbeing Research, Evaluation, and Consulting
Community Wellbeing REC works to understand people and build what helps them thrive. Research, evaluation, and consulting at the intersection of psychology and systems.
I work with organizations, communities, and individuals to help them understand what shapes wellbeing — and how to meaningfully improve it. Through research, consulting, and coaching grounded in community psychology, the goal is always the same: create conditions where people can flourish.

WHY IT MATTERS
Organizations and communities are made of people — and people are shaped by the systems around them. When those systems are both designed and implemented well, people flourish. When they're not, even the best intentions fail.
Organizations invest significantly in their initiatives — wellbeing programs, social service programs for clients. How do you know what you’ve built is working? Without data, programs get renewed on instinct rather than evidence, and the people they're meant to serve get lost in aggregate scores.
That's what I help change. I bring the methodology of community psychology research into organizational and community contexts — so you understand not just what your data says, but why, what to do next, and how.
MY APPROACH
Rigorous methods. Human-centered framing.
I started this work because I wanted to understand what helps people thrive. But not just in a broad sense: I love the nitty gritty work of understanding the nuances in people’s personal and professional lives, and helping them move toward greater flourishing within those contexts.
I work at the intersection of quantitative analysis and qualitative depth. That means survey design grounded in measurement theory, interviews and focus groups that surface what numbers can't capture, and executive reporting that translates complexity into clarity.
I work alongside people in vulnerable, high-stakes, and high-complexity settings. That experience shapes how I approach data — with both precision and care.
