Coaching & Courses

Knowledge can only get you so far.

Education about what true wellbeing is matters, but the practice is what counts. How will you get from here to where you want to be? That requires doing something differently. But what, and how?

If you’re ready to do the brave, and sometimes hard (but also uplifting and accessible) work of true change, this might be the space for you.

Through 1:1 and small group coaching, you’ll have dedicated space to slow down, reflect, and reconnect with what actually matters — and then build towards what matters to you. All with hands-on support tailored to your life.

Let’s move beyond optimization and into a more honest, sustainable holistic wellbeing.

Who this is for:

You are capable, thoughtful, and by most measures doing well. And yet something feels off. Or maybe you’re languishing in one or two key areas in your life.

Maybe you're burned out, or quietly wondering if this is all there is. Maybe you're in the middle of a transition and aren't sure who you're becoming. Maybe you've been so focused on achieving that you've lost the thread of what actually feels meaningful.

This work is for people who are ready to slow down long enough to ask better questions — artists, executives, entrepreneurs, working parents, PhD graduates stepping into what's next, and anyone who suspects that optimizing harder is not the answer.

What we work on:

Wellbeing is not a destination, a productivity system, or a self-care routine. It is something we cultivate — slowly, honestly, and in relationship with ourselves and others.

In our work together, we explore questions like:

  • What does wellbeing actually look and feel like in your life right now?

  • What is nourishing you — and what is quietly draining you?

  • Where do you feel disconnected: from yourself, from others, from a sense of meaning or purpose?

  • What would it look like to live more fully, without it requiring a complete overhaul of your life?

  • How do we get there? Practices, growth, and real change over time.

Topics we may explore together include burnout and recovery, purpose and meaning, life transitions, relational wellbeing, spiritual wellbeing, community and belonging, self-compassion, and finding your way back to a life that feels like yours — off the screen and in the world.

This is not therapy. It is reflective, integrative, and forward-looking — designed to support insight, intention, and real change.

A note on what this is not:

This is not a program designed to make you more productive, more optimized, or better at performing wellness. It is an invitation to step back from that altogether — and to ask what a good life actually looks and feels like for you.

If something here resonates, I'd be honored to walk alongside you for part of your journey.
